The song is called "Shot In The Back Of The Head," and the resulting video is pure Lynch: dreamlike, strange, scary, and awesome.

This is a terrific animation... I'm told it's been nominated for an Oscar.
I like the seamless "flow" from each scene to the next.

An animated, Russian take on "Winnie The Pooh." The artwork and music are really sweet.
